Due to our open environment, the requirements are for all visits (daycare, socials, & events):
All dogs must show proof of their updated vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella). Titer test are also acceptable.
Puppies welcome as young as 12 weeks with their 2nd round of vaccines (DHPP & Bordetella, Rabies given ~16 weeks)
All dogs must have a flea/tick/lice treatment of your choosing. They must be free of fleas, ticks, lice, mange, parasites, and all other infectious conditions.
We recommend spaying/neutering by 13 months. However, if they are still intact, we can set up a trial day as each dog is different.
Do to our open concept, we can not care for dogs while in heat
Each dogs first visit will double as their trial/assessment, to ensure we are the right fit.
Daycare packages DO NOT expire except for our Unlimited Montly Star Package.
We do not have a cancellation fee however, we do ask clients to offer as much notice as possible so we may offer the spot to others.
Clients picking up over 15 minutes past closing time will be subject to a $15 late fee.
Please try to pre-book through your account if possible. If you are looking for a last minute reservation, give us a call to make sure we have a spot available.
All dogs will 'Play Naked' unless we find it best otherwise
2 Hour and half day visits will transfer to the next visit up after 30 minutes past the allottedd time (2 hours to half day, half day to full day).
